I mostly use colored pencil and cray pas (yes both together, cuz I'm magic like that) but I'm learning to love acrylic paint with designing headphones. Here's some of My Artwork My blog is about nearly everything, Starkid, Harry Potter, Pokemon, Jem and the Holograms, cute kawaii things, art, politics, old cartoons, racial equality, final fantasy, katamari damacy, and of course JIGGLYPUFF. It's a nella blog so anything goes lol. If you're a conservative / republican, an ignorant person, or an overall douche...DON'T FOLLOW. Don't let the colors confuse you, I'll rip your perky little boobs off >:I ... now with that being said please enjoy. victims of lullabye

Time for Easter Beatings!: Anime and the Social Construction of Race ›

zeezeescorner:

A common misconception about anime cartoons amongst uninitiated audiences in majority-English-speaking countries is that anime characters are drawn to look ‘White’ rather than ‘Asian’. First of all, neither of terms are factual fixed categories - they are social…

yes this is true. You know its true because often in animes when THEY DO DRAW SOMEONE WHITE or American it become VERY OBVIOUS that they’re white / American (cuz they are not shy in letting you know the character is American and that they’re not huge fans - see Ghost in a Shell Complex.) That’s why I always had the theory that Sailor Venus might’ve been white/American but Sailor Moon (Usagi) wasn’t (plus she originally wasn’t supposed to have blonde hair.)
